CHALLENGE

The projects required a large-scale deployment with over 5,000 devices and more than 40 sites in Hong Kong while there were a lot of customs-made application in need of fine-tuning for compatibility. Albeit the scale of work, a migration from Win7 to Win10 were in progress that have further enhanced complexity in testing.

SOLUTION

In light of the large scale and complexity of the project, we adopted Kaspersky Endpoint solution including implementation service to deliver our quality security solution. SCCM were deployed and we have been providing on-site support to the client to ensure smooth implementation and testing process.

RESULT

With sufficient on-site communications with the clients, the deployment process completed smoothly. The solution works perfectly well in all the devices and sites even though the Windows transition ran in parallel with the security project.
